I recently got a glimpse into the work life of a plastic surgeon living in Miami, Florida. The popular app SnapChat made this possible. If you aren’t already follow TheRealDrMiami on the app. Dr. Miami formally known as Michael Salzhauer happily snapchats his work day throughout the week. I am truly inspired by people who are passionate and excited about their work.
Dr. Miami’s SnapChat account stands out because it allows you to observe plastic surgeries as they happen. I have seen Dr. Miami perform rhinoplasties, Brazilian butt lifts, boob implants and tattoo removals. A typical snapchat story starts out with Dr. Miami introducing himself next he looks for George (his statue of a lion) or Tata (one of his secretaries) he usual includes a witty jingle as he looks like, “My Tata don’t like you and she like everyone.” (He really likes Justin Bieber.) Next Dr. Miami and his team recite an oath and then he begins surgery.
Although, it is very graphic it is intriguing as well. Dr. Miami perform major surgeries as he listens to trap music and chats with his assistants about their crazy antics. You’ll be amazed at the before and after pictures he shows.
I discovered Dr. Miami when he and Nicki Minaj got into a twitter beef. In addition, to being a plastic surgeon Dr. Miami is the CEO of SurgRecordz. Rapper Nicki Minaj was angered over Dr. Miami showing a picture of her on his snapchat. She felt as if she was insinuating the he performed surgery on her. However, he responded that her picture featuring her butt is only inspiration. Nonetheless, the feud only made Dr. Miami more popular.
You can find Dr.Miami on all social media sites and watch his surgeries on SnapChat. He uses the internet very well to market himself. It’s very interesting to me that such crazy behavior (something you would not expect from a doctor brings him business.) It reminds me of all the prophets who say that Donald Trump is not presidential. Even though he has a noticeably growing following.
